MY STORY
In 2012, I was working as an accountant. I had a "safe" job, a steady paycheck, and a predictable future. But I was miserable. I knew I was capable of more, but I felt stuck in a system that rewarded tenure over talent.
I stumbled into the insurance industry by accident. I didn't have a sales background. I didn't have a natural "gift of gab." In fact, I was terrified of rejection.
My first few months were brutal. I bought leads that didn't pick up. I drove hours to appointments that no-showed. I sat at kitchen tables and got kicked out. I was ready to quit.

I obsessed over the process. I refined my scripts. I optimized my schedule. And slowly, things started to click. I went from struggling to pay bills to writing $20k a month. Then $40k. Then $80k.
Today, my agency issues over $508 million in annual premium. But I'm not just a "guru" who teaches theory. I'm still in the trenches. I still sell. I still recruit. I still build.
